Sincerely 'Fro Me to You - That's Your Mom? Edition

Here I am, approx. 8, being very lady like picking my toes. We are at my grandparents house visiting with an aunt or uncle or both. And that little girl sitting in the chair behind me? That's my mom. I was floored when I found this picture. I knew she was a young mom, but I didn't realize how young she looked.

    Aw, what a pretty young mom! I love the way you two are sitting together.

    My mom was 23 when she had me and even though that's not really that young, she looks like a kid in some old photos as well. I think we tend to forget they were yong once too!!

    My Mom was so young, too---only 21 when I was born, the first child. She still had pimples when I was little! ;-)
