- I'm the sister of a Coastie who is finally home. I started this blog to entertain him. I'm a Texas girl who arrived by way of Tennessee (& Arkansas and a bunch of other places). I am married to an awesome man and have 2 children: Lamb, my sweet 15 yr. old daughter, and Bear, my entertaining 11 yr. old son. We also have a dog (Belgian Malinois), 2 cats (nothing fancy), lizard (bearded dragon), and a hedgehog. All we need now are fish & a bird! I jest. I work in the Special Ed Resource department at an elementary school.

That is the coolest statue ever. And isn't their a cranky one in all of our photos? I know I had an angry wise man in a Christmas card once:)

OMG - I was totally going to use a balloon animal pic today - it was a monkey in a banana tree and I got it at the Roadhouse this week - but Little Son popped it! GMTA again, tho!
I never got the hang of making balloon animals. I always manage to pop it before I'm done.
