Sincerely 'Fro Me to You - Legally Blonde Edition

One of the great things about living in Houston is the theatre. We are one of the cities that Broadway Across America visits and we also get some excellent shows. For instance, last Sunday, Lamb & I went with my mom to see Legally Blonde the Musical. We had a really good time!

Usually, Lamb is a good sport with my picture taking. Sunday, however, she "pretended" to act confused when I asked her to pose by the poster. Not one of my favorites! Sigh. ;)

After the show, we headed to the stage door for pictures and autographs. That's a trick that we recently discovered when we went to see Jersey Boys. I never even thought to do that!

The actress who played Elle graciously agreed to pose with Lamb.
Oops! Thank God for digital cameras! I immediately knew that she had closed her eyes. Definitely a 'Fro moment! Bless her kindness! She waited & smiled again so Lamb could have a good pic. Of course, it was in her best interest to stick around an extra minute also. ;)
There! Much better.

Digital cameras definitely lessen those oops! shots, don't they? Hopefully we'll still have a good selection of SFMTY photos in 40 years time.

I totally love digital cameras for that reason - I'm always closing my eyes and need to have like 7 pics taken of me before we can get it right!

Looks like you had an awesome time and Lamb definitely has some good pics for years later when she joins SFMTY!

She must have been so excited to have her photo taken with the actress!

I can just see Lamb doing the same courtesy in another few years.

AWESOME! You give your kids so many amazing experiences that they will remember for their entire lifetime. I've told you before - you and Big D are amazing parents!

It is going to be so awesome knowing the mother of a famous actress and a bestselling novelist! *sigh* Remember all of us, then.
