Camera Critters #50

Sea World, Spring Break 2009

We sat high in the splash zone thinking we wouldn't get all that wet.
We were wrong.

Those killer whales are so beautiful to watch in the Shamu show. We went last year and enjoyed it very much. We didn't get quite as wet as you guys did, though. :)

We are planning on going to Sea World in the fall. Did you like it? Was it good?

I told the family I did not want to get wet---so we split up. My hubby and Daughter got really wet, and I sat high and dry with my son.

My son's favorite show was The Viva show with all the acrobatics. I got teary-eyed at the Shamu show---I don't even really know why! It's so funny we were at Sea World within a day of each other.

I told the kids it cost us about $300 total (lunch alone was $56!) to go there. We could've bought a Wii for that money. Was it worth it? I had to go at least once, I guess.

Love the pictures! We're planning/thinking of going down there this summer. Knowing my son we'll end up in the splash zon. I will probably want us to sit as high up as possible in it just so we only get wet instead of soaked. :) Looks like everyone had a great time!

hee hee hee. Yep, anywhere in the splash zone is dangerous - high or low!

I haven't been to Sea World in a looong time. Maybe I need to start making plans!
